libsoupcutter-dev software package provides Cutter libsoup support (Development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsoupcutter-dev
libsoupcutter-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsoupcutter-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsoupcutter-dev *
You will get with libsoupcutter-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
